Personal-Use License. Purchase grants one individual a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal education and spiritual practice only. This prohibition also includes uploading or submitting proprietary course materials to generative AI services for summarization, reproduction, transformation, adaptation, or incorporation into other works, except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this course and its accompanying materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, effectiveness, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability. Dr. Shy, Rooted Sage^®, and their respective owners, personnel, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including emotional, psychological, spiritual, physical, financial, or reputational losses, arising from participation in, use of, or reliance upon this course or its materials, to the extent such damages may lawfully be excluded.

In no event shall their aggregate liability arising from or relating to this course exceed the total amount actually paid by the claimant for the course or applicable materials during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, or negligence, to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Shy, Rooted Sage^®, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any third-party claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or relating to your access to, participation in, use of, interpretation of, reliance upon, or application of this course or its accompanying materials; your spiritual, ritual, or other activities undertaken in connection with the course; your interactions with third parties; or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, whether or not your conduct is alleged to be negligent, unlawful, or otherwise wrongful. This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not require indemnification for any liability that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

Nonwaivable Rights. Nothing in this section excludes, limits, or transfers liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Refunds. Due to the immediate availability of digital course materials, all sales are final once access is granted, except where refunds or other remedies are required by applicable law. Unauthorized sharing or other material breaches may result in termination of access without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

Enforcement and Access. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access, DMCA takedowns, and pursuit of all available legal remedies.
